Abstract

The shape of interaction between the manager and employee in the organization of environment is shaped by the states of egos on both sides. Each individual has three states of ego which are: 1- Parental ego, 2- Adult ago, 3- Child ego. Two types of interaction occur between manager and employee in the frame of ego states. These are complementary and crosswise interaction. In complementary interaction the state of ego that the manager presents and the state of revolving ego that the employee presents show a complementary feature. In crosswise interaction the states of egos that the manager and employee present do not suit each other. At the same time, the interaction is accepted as a manner of life. According to that criteria, each individual while interacting with others will choose one of the four manners of life: 1- 1 amfine - You are fine. 2- 1 am fine - You are not fine. 3- lam not fine - You are fine. 4- 1 am not fine - You are not fine. The desired interaction state in terms of organizational development between the manager and employee is “complementary interaction” and the expected manner of life is T am fine, You are fine”.
