Abstract

Spoken English and Self ConfidencSpeaking not only involves putting to use what students have learned, but also requires simultaneous concern for content and methods. While content calls for absorbing and thought provoking material suitable to the cognitive developmental level of the learners, method calls for a non-threatening classroom atmosphere where students are neither hesitant nor, reluctant nor fearful of speaking the language.
