Abstract
In this study, students' opinions about the levels of application and effectiveness of 10 precautions against cheating during an exam period were collected by a questionnaire prepared by the researcher. The questionnaire was applied to 365 third-year students at the Faculty of Education, Celal Bayar University, in the 2000-2001 academic year. First of all, the levels of applica tion and the degrees of effectiveness of the 10 precautions against cheating are presented. The results, showing the significant differences among majors based on Post Hoc tests followed by MANOVA (Multivariate Analysis of Variance), are then given.
