Abstract
The aim of this study is to find out levels of teachers’ organizational commitment. With this aim, a Likert type scale was administrated to 375 teachers from 11 public high schools, the scale having 28 items and each item 5 choices reliability and validity study of the scale was carried. The results of factor analysis indicated that the scale has a one dimentional structure. The scale consists of four factors. These factors are subscales named commitment to school, commitment to teaching work, commitment to teacher profession and commitment to work group.
