Abstract
In this piece of research, university students’ expectations from psychological counselling and guidance services in formal and second education were investigated. The research subjects were a randomly selected 588 university students (296 in formal education, 292 in second education). The students’ expectations from psychological counselling and guidance sendees were measured by means of “The Questionnare of Expectations from Psychological Counselling and Guidance Services PCGS-QE". data. The levels of expectation from PCGS of the students attending the second education were found to be significantly higher than those of the formal education students. The levels of expectation of the female students attending second education were found to be significantly higher than those of male students. The levels of expectation of the female students attending second education were found to be significantly higher than those of the female students attending formal education. The levels of expectation of male students attending second education were found to be significantly higher than those of male students attending fomal education.
