Abstract

Time ManagemenThe aim of this study is to determine the time management perceptions of the principals of 8- year compulsory primary education schools. A total of 52 principals from 52 primary schools in the center of Diyarbakır were included in the study. As a result of the data analysis, it was found that the principals "almost always " gave enough time for talking with the other officials working with them and that was among the most common behavior of the principals. Although the visitors were accepted as the most common time traps, most of the principals warmly welcomed every visitor "almost always ", According to the perception of the principals, the time period in which they can work without interruption lasted for only 30 minutes, percentage 41.7 %.
