Abstract

In our rapidly developing and changing world, this piece of research is conducted with the aim searching for new ways of collecting feedback to improve the quality of information and to provide individual and organizational improvement. A multiple evaluation model is developed by considering the fact that the feedback collected from multiple sources has a more powerful impact than the information collected from a single source. The model is also called the “360 Degree Feedback". Essentially the multiple evaluation model is a kind of application which helps to evaluate employees objectively by other employees and by those individuals whom the employees interact with. In this study, after a theoretical explanation of the model, its reflection on educational supervision is discussed.
