What Motivates Me?

Abstract

Recently, significant attention has been given to some previously neglected aspects of organizational behavior - self - influence, self - management, self - leading of the workers of the organization. The reason for this is that the global information world has created an environment where the most successful wins the competition. The highest priority in this process belongs to a motivation process which enables the workers of the organization do their best. In the light of this, an inner motivation concept aimed at effectiveness and work satisfaction in the organization from the organization workers points of view has been analysed in terms of various forces influencing the individual, ideas, theories, researches and self-evaluation indexes. Some expectations related to the application are also presented.
